If Saddam had destroyed his weapons, then wasn’t that exactly what the US and UK were claiming they wanted?

Since when has stopping an uprising resulted in war crimes. I would hope that if the Cornish tomorrow, declared war on parliament, and turned up in Westminster with arms, that they would be shot and killed.
